Summary

Even new landscaping can be at risk if drainage isn’t handled the right way. For this Oakville home, we were brought in to install conduit for a sump pump—making sure water was routed safely without disturbing freshly planted areas.

The Work

Ran conduit from the side of the house for the sump pump
Used gravel to seat the piping and support drainage
Ensured proper ventilation and placement to protect new planting beds

The Outcome

With the conduit in place, water from the sump pump is now directed away from the foundation and out of the garden beds. The yard stays dry, and new plants are less likely to suffer from excess moisture. Reliable drainage means less maintenance and more peace of mind for the homeowner.
